Impressive Custom Stopper® Station Sales in 2006
Today STI announces over 20,000 custom Stopper® Station buttons sold in 2006 and the orders shipped (on average) within seven business days. This always expanding, full line of multipurpose, push button units cover a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors.
Each STI Stopper Station unit is available in the customer's choice of color. They include red, green, yellow, white or blue. The button housings are also available with standard or custom labeling in virtually any language, allowing them to be modified to fit specific needs.
The customer is also offered a choice of function. "Most important," said Margie Gobler, STI president and CEO, "the customer can select the type of switch/button activation desired-including Push & Turn-to-Reset, Momentary, Illuminated, Pneumatic (Adjustable Timer) or Push & Key-to-Reset, and they are available with a variety of contact arrangements."
All STI Stopper Stations are available with or without an STI protective cover to combat vandalism and accidental damage as well as a pre-alarm to help stop malicious activation. Two covers also allow buttons to be mounted in weather environments and still maintain UL Listing.
The recessed button helps prevent accidental activation and are used in place of fire pull stations, exit buttons, emergency police call, plant evacuation or medical assistance, to name a few. These high quality units are ADA Compliant, UL and cUL Listed.
