Analyzer Provides Powerful Impedance Analysis Functions
Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments (www.GAOInstruments.com) has announced the release of its impedance analyzer which is an integrated solution for efficient impedance measurement and analysis of components and circuits. It is a powerful tool for design, qualification and quality control and production testing of electronic components.
This high performance impedance analyzer, model A0E40002, performs comprehensive measurements including Impedance (Z), Admittance (Y), Phase Angle (θ), Reactance (X), Conductance (G), Susceptance (B), Inductance (L), Capacitance (C), Quality Factor (Q), Dissipation Factor (D) and Resistance (DCR). Advanced calibration and error compensation functions eliminate measurement errors when performing measurements on in-fixture devices.
This easy-to-use impedance analyzer features basic accuracy of 0.1%, frequency step resolution of 5 digits and straight forward intuitive operation. It offers a variety of data interfaces including GPIB, RS232 and handler port, making remote control straightforward. 64 multi-step files can be saved/recalled from the internal nonvolatile memory. In addition, it provides accurate measurement over wide impedance range and wide frequency range.
