EXTON, PA — Pelonis Technologies, Inc. (PTI), a leading manufacturer of axial AC and brushless DC fans and motors, has introduced its latest innovation—Ultra-High Temperature Ceramic Immersion Heaters. These heating products are capable of providing superior performance and resilience in the most demanding industrial and commercial applications.
PTI’s immersion heaters deliver greater thermal conductivity and efficiency than other heating elements (metallic or non-metallic). Due to their exceptional insulation properties and lightweight, compact design, these immersion heaters can be utilized in diverse environments. In dry environments, temperatures up to 1200°C (2192°F) are achievable; in underwater environments, up to 98% heating efficiency is achievable.
In addition to providing efficiency and versatility, Pelonis’ immersion heaters offer outstanding resiliency. These heaters can endure harsh, corrosive conditions and high voltages—immersion heaters maintain integrity even when facing 2,500 volts.
This new line of immersion heaters will include K Series and KC Series products.
