Relationship Allows iLoop Mobile mFinity(TM) Platform Users to Access Third Screen Media's MADX Advertising Platform

Under the terms of the agreement, brands, marketers, content owners and enterprises using the iLoop Mobile mFinity(TM) platform will have access to Third Screen Media's MADX ad management and delivery platform to support their mobile advertising initiatives. The use of iLoop Mobile applications for mobile content distribution in conjunction with MADX allows mobile Internet sites to be enabled for automated ad serving and reporting metrics, increasing the revenue opportunities and ROI for mobile Internet sites (WAP) and mobile content distribution.
