IDG's InfoWorld Names TIBCO General Interface 'Best AJAX Toolkit'
TIBCO honored with 2006 Technology of the Year Award
PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 5 -- TIBCO Software Inc. InfoWorld's annual Technology of the Year Awards recognize the top nine technologies that made the greatest impact during the past year, and identify the products that best exemplify the implementation of those technologies.
TIBCO General Interface is a Rich Internet Application (RIA) development solution that uses the asynchronous communications, JavaScript, and XML ("AJAX") capabilities present in common Web browsers to allow developers to easily deploy Rich Internet Applications without dependency on applets, plug- ins or installation of client/server frameworks.
