CFADPT-HD Dual IDE/Compact Flash Adapter
The CFADPT-HD is a low cost IDE to dual compact flash adapter that allows connecting two compact flash cards to any system having an IDE port. Designed for embedded systems, the CFADPT-HD has both 40 pin .1" (standard size) and 44 pin 2mm (laptop size) IDE connectors.
A jumper is provided for selecting the top compact flash cards master or slave mode. If the top card is master, the bottom card is slave and vice-versa. An activity LED is also provided. Both hard disk style and floppy style power connectors are available for supplying power to the CFADPT-HD when 40 pin IDE cables are used. Power is provided by the IDE cable when 44 pin cable is used. The compact flash connectors have eject buttons for easy card removal. The CFADPT-HD is designed to allow easy through-panel mounting.
All high speed strobe and address signals are AC terminated on the adapter card for reliable operation with longer cables.
