ICI Goes Wireless So It Can Go Mobile at Offices Worldwide
Secure Wireless Network from Aruba Provides Ubiquitous Wireless LAN Coverage Across An Enterprise That Spans 55 Countries
SUNNYVALE, CA August 6, 2007 - Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN), a global leader in user-centric networks and secure mobility solutions, today announced that ICI PLC, one of the world's major paints, adhesives and specialty products businesses, has selected Aruba Networks' wireless LAN and security solutions for use at sites worldwide. ICI manufactures decorative coatings products for the consumer and construction industries, innovative adhesives for the electronics and packaging markets as well as industrial uses, specialty starches for the food industry, and specialty polymers for personal care products. The company has approximately 26,000 employees and operates in more than 55 countries. Aruba's networks are intended to enhance the efficiency, mobility, and connectivity of users who move between corporate sites and remote locations, while maintaining the highest level of security and access control. The first three sites have already been installed in the UK, and a corporate-wide international rollout is underway.

ICI needed a scalable networking architecture to support both existing facilities and mobile users roaming abroad. Aruba 6000 Mobility Controllers and access points constitute the backbone of the wireless LAN, while Aruba's Remote Access Points enable mobile and home workers to securely connect to the corporate network.
