Rugged IBC Accommodates Off-The-Mark Forklift Entry, Extends Life Of Container

Saddle Brook, NJ: Now there is no need to throw away an entire reusable container due to ordinary pallet damage. The HenHandler intermediate bulk food container from material handling product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Saddle Brook, New Jersey, features a durable, polyethylene pallet base that withstands off-the-mark forklift entry yet may be easily removed by one person and replaced if necessary to extend the operational life of the entire container. Rotationally molded in one piece for strength and rigidity, the rugged, 4-way accessible base is attached to an impact-resistant bin with four one-piece, polyethylene bolts.

Ideal for the sanitary storage and secure transport of meat, poultry, seafood and other food products typically moved by the pallet-load, the FDA/USDA-approved HenHandler boasts an all-plastic, smooth contour design that eliminates contaminant-trapping pockets, protects contents from bruising and promotes complete drainage through an FDA-approved, rubber plug. To thrive under washdown conditions, the HenHandler's base, bin and optional cover are seamlessly molded from linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), a durable material that is immune to attack from cleansers, salts, water and other chemicals.

The heavy duty HenHandler accommodates weights up to 2,000 lbs., stacking two-high when filled without significant bulging and nesting for economical return shipping and in-plant storage. The HenHandler is available in 30 cubic feet and 32 cubic feet capacities in 36" and 39" heights and top outside dimensions of 50" x 45".
