Applied Plastics' PTFE Coating Service precisely applies PTFE onto the O.D. of stainless steel or nitinol hypotubes with 0.0001" to 0.0004" tolerance. Featuring a smooth, highly lubricious coating that assures easy arterial transfer, the coating does not alter the physical properties of the tubing and is available in green, gray, black, and blue colors.
