Hydrofoil Mixing Impeller Produces Maximum Flow per Unit Horsepower
A custom designed hydrofoil impeller for mixing liquids that was designed to optimize fluid flow and reduce drag to achieve maximum efficiency is offered by Sharpe Mixers of Seattle, Washington.
The Sharpe HYFLOW 218 Impeller features a hydrofoil-style, 4-blade design with tapered blades that have a narrow, low-pitch section at the tip where the speed is fastest and a wider, higher-pitch section nearer the hub where it is slower.
