TE-CO Introduces The Toolex 4" Hydrualic Vise
TE-CO Workholding Technology introduces the TOOLEX 4" Hydraulic Vise. The body is manufactured from 80,000 PSI ductile cast iron, and ways are flame hardened to 40 R/C maximum. The vise features an internalized hydraulic segment. This compact internal design does not add additional length to the vise. The maximum clamping force is 4,000 pounds. A manifold plate mounts to the front of the vise and has two ports (top and side) for hydraulic connections. When opening the vise, the jaw automatically releases to 1/4". All TOOLEX Snaplock Jaws mount to the hydraulic vise. Through-hole mounting and side rails allow for simple vise mounting. The hydraulic vise segment easily retrofits to our manual RWS4002 vises.
