D & M Series Hydraulic Straightside Presses From Pacific

A large number of performance features make Pacific Press Technologies (Mt. Carmel, IL) versatile D & M Series Hydraulic Straightside Presses perfect for a wide range of pressworking applications for both traditional metalworking applications as well as compression molding of plastic, rubber and advanced composite materials. D presses are offered in 150 to 3,000 ton models, M's from 100 to 1,000 tons.

D-Series presses (two-point design) offer a large bed, open height, and long working stroke for application versatility. Model M (single point) presses feature a rigid, box-type design and handle punching, blanking and forming operations that do not require the larger bolster area of a two cylinder press. Both presses are built with an exclusive eight-way gibbing system that enhances both precision and press reliability.

Servo hydraulic cushion systems and quick die change are just two of the various available options to select from.

Headquartered in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Pacific Press Technologies is a leading builder of hydraulic presses, pressbrakes and shears for the metal forming and compression molding (advanced composites, rubber, plastics) industries.
