MTS Announces Its Most Efficient Hydraulic Power Unit Ever Produced



EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, -- MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC), a leading global supplier of high-performance test systems and position sensors, today announced the release of the new MTS SilentFlo(TM) 515 Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU). This new model builds upon a long history of industry-leading HPU technology, and offers even greater energy efficiency and reduced total cost of ownership. 



Originally released in 1998, the MTS SilentFlo line features some of the quietest HPUs available on the market today, and this new pump is even quieter than the previous model. In addition, the new SilentFlo 515 model is up to 8% more energy efficient than its predecessors, while maintaining a compact footprint and easy access for operation and maintenance.
