Parker Hannifin Introduces 302/301 Worldwide Hose
Wickliffe, Ohio, November 1, 2005 - Parker Hannifin today introduced its 302/301 Worldwide hose - a new universal two-wire construction hose designed to accommodate global customer requirements.
Manufactured to strict international quality specifications, Parker 302/301 offers customers consistency of performance and improved availability worldwide.
According to Steve Duricky, Parker Hose Products Division business development manager, the new Worldwide hose offers many advantages. "The basic premise is to establish a universal design that is manufactured to the same specifications regardless of location," said Duricky. "This global approach not only ensures improved availability, it provides consistent form, fit and function of the hose anywhere in the world."
Duricky went on to point out the improved design of the new worldwide hose. "302/301 offers higher working pressures than the existing Parker 301 series hose, which translates directly into improved reliability and expanded applications. Plus its nitrile core inner tube provides better fluid compatibility across a broader array of hydraulic fluids, including biodegradable ones," he said. 302/301 fits hose sizes -4 to -32. It is ISO 1436-1 Type 2SN rated, and approved for use with 30 Series and 43 Series fittings.
