Hydraulic Lift & Seal(TM) Container Dumper with Feed Hopper for Cereal
Unit accepts a container of free-flowing cereal product loaded at floor level with a pallet jack, seals the top rim of the container against a stainless steel pour hood with a hydraulic Lift & Seal(TM) system, then rotates and discharges the product into a feed hopper. Lift & Seal(TM) system prevents contaminants such as dirt or pallet debris from entering into the product stream, while stainless steel butterfly valves on the pour hood and hopper inlet ensure product purity during product transfer. Washdown duty tubular 304 stainless steel construction is free of pockets where material can accumulate, has continuous TIG welds, and a #4 finish. All product contact welds are polished smooth.
