(Minneapolis) - DRI-STEEM Humidifier Company announces a complete redesign of the LTS liquid-to-Steam Humidifier. The LTS now features VAPOR-LOGIC3 control, which adds many new capabilities including:
o PID control, allowing accurate, responsive and adjustable RH control
o A temperature sensor that enables the controller to hold water at a preset temperature, allowing a rapid response to a call for humidity
o Data reports to monitor humidifier performance
o Easy-to-navigate intuitive menus
o Easy-to-read backlit display
o A real-time clock that allows time-stamped alarm tracking and the ability to program draining for preset times
The LTS liquid-to-steam humidifier is an economical way to create chemical-free steam. The LTS creates steam by taking energy from an existing hot liquid source (typically hot water), and transfers that energy through a heat exchanger to makeup water in the evaporating chamber. This heat exchange process generates chemical-free steam for humidification from the regularly-replenished supply of makeup water.
A significant LTS design upgrade is improved maintenance access. The top cover removes easily without disconnecting vapor hose or dispersion piping; and the new large side cleanout plate allows direct access to the heat exchanger for inspection or cleaning.
