Versatile HPLC Autosampler Series
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced a series of HPLC autosamplers that are based on their rugged and reliable SIL-10A. The new SIL-10AF autosampler is a direct replacement for the SIL-10A but now includes a fast injection pretreatment routine which reduces sampling time by 30% with no loss of precision. The new SIL-10AP autosampler is the prep version and comes standard with a 5 mL syringe and sample loop for large volume injections. Continuing the versatility of the Shimadzu HPLC line, the SIL-10AF can be converted into a SIL-10AP and vice-versa, making it unnecessary to purchase multiple autosamplers.
The new Shimadzu SIL-10AL autosampler is configured with a longer needle to enable sampling from fraction collection tubes. This feature eliminates sample transfer which saves time and prevents sample loss and transfer errors.
