Minneapolis, Minn. - March 12, 2007 - Honeywell (NYSE:HON) Sensing and Control announces the introduction of a new hour meter, the Hobbs HMD46 series. HMD46 hour meters offer enhanced accuracy, quiet operation, and attractive styling in a new, square-faced design. These hour meters use a stepper motor for timing, and are UL-recognized and CSA-certified. This series is available in two mounting styles: stirrup or retainer, which interchange with most meters currently available.

HMD46 meter display reads to 1/10 of an hour, with up to 100,000 hour display capabilities. Potential applications include tracking elapsed time on DC-powered equipment such as generators, irrigation pumps, panel sub-assemblies and compressors.
