PAM Fastening Introduces the 700K Hot Melt Cartridge Applicator for High Performance Bonding



CHARLOTTE, N.C-- PAM Fastening Technology introduces a new cartridge applicator adhesive system designed for PUR and other thermoset hot melt cartridges.

The PAM 700K uses internal heated chambers for a 10 oz. aluminum cartridges and is available in a spray or extrusion model. The integrated digital temperature display and controls are designed for PUR and other thermoset hot melt cartridges and has an adjustable operating temperature of 104°F-410°F.

With initial fast setup, the lightweight 700K is suited for projects varying from large coverage surfaces or more precise bead or line applications. The spray applicator quickly and efficiently delivers adhesives to larger coverage areas with little waste and high accuracy.

The extrusion applicator can quickly give you a fine or wide line or bead, depending on your application requirements. The one part polyurethane moisture curing adhesive eliminates metering, mixing and simplifies the production process. Common bonding substrates include wood, plastic, rubber and plasticized vinyls.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The PAM 700K weight is 3.3 lbs. and uses 600 Watts of power. Normal operating temperature reaches 104°F to 410°F. The applicator uses electronic temperature controls with an efficient thermometer on the applicator tool. The PAM 700K capacity is one 10 oz. Aluminum cartridge. Normal operating pressure is 29 psi to8 82 psi.
