Parker 471TC and 471ST Hoses Handle High Impulse and Pressure Applications

WICKLIFFE, OHIO, January 7, 2002 - Parker Hannifin Corporation's Hose Products Division introduces 471TC and 471ST high-impulse hoses.

With a 15% to 35% higher working pressure than standard SAE 100R2 hose, 471TC and 471ST are designed to handle a variety of high-pressure applications. Superior flexibility and a tight bend radius makes them easy to install in tight spaces. In addition, users can select their level of abrasion resistance by specifying Parker's MSHA-accepted synthetic Tough Cover, or polymeric Super Tough cover for severe environments.

Available in sizes ranging from 1/4" I.D. to 1" I.D., both hoses feature an oil-resistant, Nitrile-based synthetic rubber tube, and two braids of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement. Parker 471TC and 471ST are engineered to work with Parker's 43 Series fittings and the Parkrimp system of crimpers to create leak-free assemblies quickly and easily. Both can save hose, time, and money with extended use.
