Created with cutting edge design and old-world craftsmanship, this machine offers speeds up to 500 cartons per minute, heavy duty construction for around the clock operation and a stainless steel frame.

The Flexo-Tray® is the ultimate product control device for horizontal cartoning. The product is received in article buckets that are open to their widest dimension. The buckets then begin to contract, shape and size, orient and align the product until the buckets are adjusted to the optimum width so that the product will then be efficiently and gently loaded into the carton. The Flexo-Tray® can handle single or multiple count products in a variety of pack patterns and a range of carton sizes. The use of the Flexo-Tray® results in more efficient product transfer, less product damage, more pack pattern flexibility, and more efficient carton loading.
The Sequential Transfer(TM) is an extremely versatile system for collating products such as pouches, bags and cartons in single or multiple layers. Packages may be collated and transferred lying flat or on edge in a variety of pack patterns.
