COLUMBIA, Md., May 4 -- DHA omega-3 innovator Martek Biosciences Corporation (NASDAQ:MATK) announced today that it's flagship product, life'sDHA(TM) is featured in Horizon Organic(R) Milk Plus DHA, the first ever organic milk fortified with DHA Omega-3. Horizon Organic(R) Milk Plus DHA is the latest product from WhiteWave Foods, the nation's leading manufacturer of organic milk, soymilk, and other organic foods. Beginning in June, Horizon Organic's half-gallon sizes of whole, Reduced Fat (2 percent) and Low Fat (1 percent) milk will be fortified with 32 mg of life'sDHA(TM) per serving and will be available at supermarkets and natural food stores nationwide.
