VIANEN, The Netherlands - Egardia launches its new home monitoring security products and services in Germany, France, Austria and Belgium. These services have been specifically designed to allow home and small business owners to remotely monitor and secure their properties, via the Internet and Smartphone.
Out of the box home security
The Egardiasolution comprises a do-it-yourself wireless home security system, complete with web based alarm monitoring and messaging services. The security service offers alerts via text message, telephone and e-mail in the event of burglary, flooding or fire. The basic alarm system (introduction price EUR249) can be upgraded with extra burglary sensors, smoke detectors, panic buttons and wireless night vision IP cameras. During an alarm the camera transmits the recordings to multiple mobile phones. Customers have worldwide access to the live camera images.
By making use of the Internet and an automated alarm center, Egardia offers an easy security solution for an affordable price. A traditional landline is no longer needed. The alarm system is installed in less than 30 minutes and there's no need to drill holes or lay any wires down. The monthly fixed security service fee (EUR9,95 p/m) may be discontinued at any time. Customers can get online advice at www.egardia.com and orders are delivered within 3 days.
Drop in burglary rates
Customer survey reveals that burglary rates decreased with 81%. Other important findings are:
- 97% feel safer at home.
- 84% said they find it important that they and their contact
persons immediately get a warning in case of burglary or fire.
- 83% said they find it important that the system is continuously
monitored via the Internet. Notifications are immediately sent when
something is wrong.
