BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - NovaVision Inc. today announces that its new UltraGuard-3 holograms have been improved to include a more robust and sensitive tamper evident feature.

The UltraGuard-3 hologram labels are designed to meet the security aspects (level 4) of the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS140-1, FIPS140-2), which require all of the following:

A unique serial number

An anti-counterfeit feature

A tamper evident feature

These high performance holograms are also compatible for use with the most difficult surfaces for security labels, such as low energy plastics, textured surfaces, CARC paint, and powder-coated paint.
