The TLE9180 gate drivers from Infineon are characterized by a robust drive control of up to 6 MOSFETS and a very variable battery consumption.
These advanced gate driver ICs enable applications for single and mixed battery systems with battery voltages of 12 Volt, 24 Volt and 48 Volt even in harsh environments with high motor currents.
Hitex offers comprehensive support for the TLE9180 family over the entire product life cycle and thus everything needed for the successful implementation of a project: from development tools and complete middleware packages to certification and training.
