New and Improved High Voltage Power Diodes Providing Ultra-Fast Recovery and Lower Forward Voltage
Lucernemines, PA - The UX-FOB High voltage power diode, available from HV Component Associates, which provided ultra-fast recovery from 50 nsec, has been recently improved to produce a recovery capability of 40 nsec.
These diodes now feature a rating of up to 8,000 V peak reverse voltage with a 12.0 V maximum forward voltage drop (previously 14.0 V) and a 500 mA maximum average forward current.
These diodes are ideal for high frequency applications. Standard recovery diodes with ratings up to 12,000 V peak reverse voltage with a 11.0 V maximum forward voltage drop are also available.
