CILS High Temperature Labels for New PCB Manufacturing Processes

Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS), the leading manufacturer of high-performance label identification systems, has launched a new range of high temperature resistant labels.

The new labels are manufactured in the widest range of materials resistant to temperature extremes up to 750°F. They also withstand chemical and solvent washes on PCB s, and are ideal for lead free soldering baths, reflow and infrared ovens. They are ideally suited for traceability and tracking all through the production and manufacturing process.

They are perfect for American manufacturers with international customers in order to comply with the European RoHS Directive for lead free soldering that requires a higher temperature for processing.

CILS high temperature resistant label range can be supplied blank or pre-printed and variable data can be added in-house, on-demand with a thermal transfer, laser or dot matrix printer.
