Original Press Release:

High Temperature Electrically Conductive Epoxy

Epoxyohm 97M (EO-97M), a silver-filled, high temperature, electrically and thermally conductive epoxy adhesive developed by Epoxyset Inc., is used for bonding in electronics and aerospace components needing resistance of up to 400°F (204°C). EO-97M is an advanced high temperature compound formulated using pure silver powders and a latent curing agent. All constituents are electrically and thermally conductive and the electrical resistivity is extremely low. EO-97M exhibits a volume resistivity of below 0.0004ohm-cm when cured and a tensile strength of 1500psi (Al to Al).

EO-97M complies with both REACH and RoHS standards and is also Halogen Free. Available in several packaging options ranging from 1oz jars to quarts as well as syringe packaging for easy dispensing.
