Walled Lake, Michigan, April 30, 2010. Herkules Equipment Corporation will be exhibiting The G200 Spray Gun Washer at the International Woodworking Fair in August 2010. The Herkules G200 Spray Gun Washer can automatically clean up to 2 guns and 2 cups in one minute, allowing all cleaning solvent to be contained in an enclosed tank. No more washing spray guns by hand. Solvent can be re-used for many cleaning cycles, resulting in less hazardous waste and reduced solvent costs. Dangerous VOC emissions can be dramatically lowered, and solvent-to-skin contact can be eliminated, improving working conditions.
This is the first time Herkules will be exhibiting at the IWF, responding to an increased need in the industry for automatic Spray Gun Washers due to stricter EPA regulations.
The G200 was the first automatic, enclosed Spray Gun Washer, invented and patented in the early 1980's. It is the number one selling Spray Gun Washer in North America.
