High Flow In-Duct Bactericidal HEPA Filters
The BIO PLUS(R) Model 2004 in-duct/in line bactericidal HEPA filters are ideally suited for cleanroom applications requiring high airflow rates in a compact package - up to 6500 scfm per module. The filters can be used as pre-filters for Class 100 and below or as final filters for Class 1000 and above. The Model 2004 is available with or without integral fans. The quiet energy efficient fans have enough power (1.5" WC external static pressure) to re-circulate the air in a cleanroom without the need for external booster fans. The Model 2004 acts as a mixing box and eliminates the need for expensive custom designed central air handlers with HEPA filters. The Model 2004 utilizes Technovation's award EEF technology that has also been shown to significantly reduce bio burden in cleanrooms.
