Heavy Wall Convoluted Hose Assemblies - Improved Vacuum Resistance

Fort Worth TX - Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, produces PTFE hoses assemblies with improved vacuum resistance.  These PTFE assemblies have a heavier wall (up to 33% more PTFE) than a typical convoluted hose and can handle vacuum applications in temperatures up to 500°F/206°C. The increased wall thickness not only provides improved vacuum resistance at higher temperatures but also offers greater kink resistance and reduced permeation. In addition, the PTFE core reduces friction, minimizing pressure drops and deposits.

PTFE Convoluted, Open Pitch, Heavy Wall hoses are manufactured in sizes from 1/2" I.D. up to 4" I.D. with a Stainless Steel or Polypropylene braid and are available from the PAGE business unit of the Parflex division.  Accessories such as fire sleeves, spring guard or heat shrink for color coding are also available.   Static dissipative assemblies can be provided upon request.

With annual sales exceeding $13 billion in fiscal year 2012, Parker Hannifin is the world’s leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. The company employs approximately 60,000 people in 48 countries around the world. Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 56 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the SP 500 index.
