UNTHA Launches New Heavy-Duty Shredder
Kuchl, - UNTHA shredding technology expands its product portfolio and rolls out the new VR series, a heavy-duty shredder, specifically developed for tough requirements in
the wood recycling, plastics and paper recycling industry. With this new series, the renowned reliability of UNTHA products takes on a new dimension and ensures trouble-free operation.
The innovative VR series was developed and realised in close cooperation with commercial and industrial operators within a project period of only 18 months. That way, a new generation of single-shaft shredders was created, leaving nothing to be desired by future operators. In addition to a fail-safe cutting system, a constant and
effective material feed und a maintenance-free pusher system, this innovation boasts a sturdy and functional design as well as outstanding maintainability.
The highlight of this eye-catching technology is its revolutionary drive concept with long-term warranty. This drive concept allows for impressively high throughputs with exceptionally low drive powers. Furthermore, the gear unit was integrated into the rotor, which makes shaft stubs, which have frequently led to problems in conventional
machines, part of the past.
Its simple operation via a high-resolution touch screen panel as well as its comfortable charging method into a very large feeding hopper make the operation of the VR series mere child's play. Due to its high reliability, the VR series remains productive, even under tough operational conditions, which is why it comes off as the true winner in its league.
