The systematic use of steel parts instead of plastic in critical areas now makes TSplus the ideal choice for harsh environments, such as metalworking, heavy appliance or automotive power train applications.
Reinforced conveyor profiles and stainless steel guides allow users to take advantage of the upper range of TSplus payload capabilities, and new options in traffic control, such as a high payload TSplus cushioned stop (up to 150 kg), die-cast aluminum proximity switch brackets and anti-shock covers for rocker stops and RFID readers minimize impact at process stations to ensure long life and low wear.
Stainless steel slide rails and lateral guide profiles offer additional support to enhance the low maintenance characteristics of TSplus, even in tough environments.
In addition, a new roller chain offers protection against falling small parts to eliminate unwanted downtime.
