Heat Vacuum Applicator from CONTECH Offers Complete Temperature Control
The AppliPhase HVA Heat Vacuum Applicator from CONTECH provides total temperature control, assuring correct bonding of flexible back-light signage transfers, reflective sheeting, Panaflex signs, backlit awnings, traffic signs and premask application tape and more. The Appliphase HVA has been evaluated by the Technical Services Department of 3M's Traffic Control Materials Division, and has met or exceeded all of 3M's performance criteria for applying engineer and high intensity grade reflective sheeting. Operators can set the control unit for temperature and length of exposure to ensure correct bonding. No special operator training is required, enabling more effective use and better return on investment. Rugged steel construction and quality components provide consistent, uninterrupted operation.
