Spool Packaging Now Available for RNF-100 Heat-Shrinkable Tubing
Harrisburg, PA - March 15, 2005 -Tyco Electronics has unveiled new mini-spool dispenser packaging for RAYCHEM brand RNF-100 heat-shrinkable tubing. With the mini-spool dispenser, customers can order RNF-100 tubing in lengths from 15 feet to 100 feet depending upon the size selected. Customers can cut lengths right from the mini-spool dispenser to meet their requirements. Previously, spool packaging was only available in large volume/bulk spooling.
RNF-100 heat-shrinkable tubing is a single wall, flexible, flame-retardant product suitable for a wide range of applications. RNF-100 tubing is designed to provide superior mechanical, thermal and fluid-resistance performance in demanding environments. RNF-100 is widely used to provide electrical insulation and strain relief of wire terminations and connections. In addition to being an excellent method of insulating and protecting in-line electrical or electronic components, RNF-100 tubing can be used to jacket wire bundles and light-duty harnesses where its superior abrasion resistance is a plus.
