Medical Grade Polyolefin Heat Shrink Is USP Class VI Compliant



A new line of custom manufactured, medical grade polyolefin heat shrink tubing that provides a USP Class VI compliant alternative to traditional FEP products is being introduced by TexLoc, Ltd. of Fort Worth, Texas.

TexMed Polyolefin Medical Grade Heat Shrink Tubing can be custom extruded with shrink ratios of 2:1 up to 4:1 and will shrink fit at temperatures of 230°F to 284°F. Featuring superior flexibility and dielectric properties up to 1,000 Volts/Mil, this USP Class VI compliant polyolefin heat shrink has a continuous operating temperature of -40°F to 225°F.

Available in a variety of sizes ranging from .020" to .551" dia. with various wall thicknesses, TexMed Polyolefin Medical Grade Heat Shrink Tubing can be manufactured in black, clear, and custom colors.
