EasiHeat(TM) Heat Exchanger Packages Improve Performance and Economy

BLYTHEWOOD, SC - Spirax Sarco, Inc. has introduced the EasiHeat(TM) concept of plug-and-play steam heat exchanger packages in both standard and custom configurations. EasiHeat modules are designed for process, domestic and hydronic water heating applications. These modular packages employ Alfa Laval's new range of plate and frame heat exchangers designed specifically for steam service.

In addition to heat exchangers, EasiHeat packages comprise all control instrumentation necessary to precisely control heat transfer and condensate removal. With their quick response, EasiHeat packages eliminate the need for hot water reservoirs, a significant source of inefficiency and legionella contamination. According to Engineered Products Manager Bob Hohman of Spirax Sarco, "The EasiHeat concept saves engineering and installation time and cost, while providing optimal heating control, space efficiency and maintainability."
