HCR Welcomes New Companies to Growing Client Roster


ROCHELLE PARK, N.J., Jan. 31 // -- HCR Software Solutions, formerly a division of The Janis Group, Inc. (JGI), today announced the acquisition of new clients that will be using the company's CompensationXL solution. CompensationXL (formerly known as SalaryXL) is the breakthrough application that allows companies to fully automate their salary planning processes by leveraging their familiar Excel spreadsheets and minimizing change management challenges.

The new clients include: Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International, a global accounting, tax and business advisory organization; Equity Residential, America's number one apartment rental company; and, Rockford, Ill.-based Woodward Industries, the world's largest independent designer, manufacturer, and service provider of energy control solutions for aircraft engines, industrial engines and turbines, and power generation and mobile industrial equipment.

The recent release of CompensationXL 2.2 enhanced the system even further, adding features such as point-and-click organizational management that enables planning managers and compensation professionals to quickly and easily modify organizational hierarchies. The new version also allows for new workflow creation, automatically updating any affected workflows as changes are made. The capabilities of CompensationXL 2.2 include additional column formatting, advanced password protection and enhanced reporting.
