New Additions to the Meridian Line of Hand Washing Systems

Acorn Engineering Diversifies the Selection of Precision Engineering in Hand Washing Systems for Institutions of Learning, Athletic Venues and Commercial Buildings.

City of Industry, California -- Acorn Engineering adds two new styles to their designer washbasin line of Meridian Hand Washing Systems. Introducing the 3780 Series and the Kurve Series. The latest additions maintain the function of Meridian group washing systems, while offering new features that include a solid surface material known as Corterra®. The two new lines highlight the many attributes that make the Meridian series attractive, durable, and economical for any commercial hand-washing environment.

3780 Series

Continuity and unlimited wash station configurations is what makes the 3780 Series a groundbreaking group washing system. Equipped standard with sensors, soap dispensers, an instant hot water heater and a removable soap tank the unit offers additional attributes for a sleek and functional design. The 16-gage mounting frame assembly goes above and beyond industry standard resulting in a strong and sturdy construction. The unit is pre-assembled before shipping reducing installation time and costs dramatically.

Kurve Series

An inexpensive approach to group washing stations without comprising form or function. The soft curves of the Kurve Series allow the user to comfortably wash without hyper-extending. The unit's special features include a gravity soap tank that fills up to one-gallon of soap, a built-in overflow system, easy
installation and 16-gage vandal resistant cover enclosures. When specified by the user with quick shipping options, the unit leaves the warehouse practically immediately.

All Meridian is easy to install and easy to maintain! One of the many reasons a Meridian unit is so economical is that compared to a china lavatory, a Meridian station simply requires one-plumbing connection for multiple sinks and very little maintenance attention. In most cases, china lavatories require
one plumbing connection and drain per lavy and continuous maintenance (in part due to the exposed plumbing connection). Another cost saving fact is that each unit is shipped from Acorn's manufacturing plant pre-assembled, thus greatly reducing installation time.

One company to contact, not multiple. All of the components (i.e., valving, faucets, lavy, etc.) incorporated within the Meridian unit(s) are manufactured at Acorn, so our clients only need to deal with one manufacturing source - not multiple.

Meets ADA Standards. Another great advantage of a Meridian unit is that it is guaranteed to meet or exceed ADA plumbing requirements.

Available options. Self-contained stations come with integral or drop-in basins, several material and color options, a variety of electronic sensor faucets, valving options and an electronic water-heating unit with anti-scalding features.

In addition, each Meridian unit can be ordered in Corterra®, which is a tough, lightweight solid surface material that resists stains and burns and is repairable.

Multiple Basins Available. The Meridian washbasins can easily be specilied in either a single, double, triple or quad wash station configuration on a stainless steel unit or from single to triple on a Corterra® unit. Multiple basin configurations are available in an unlimited amount by placing each unit side-
by-side.
