Special "Sugar" Triple Range Hand Refractometer with Built in Temperature Compensation
Kernco Instruments Co., Inc., has introduced its Model 400C Triple Range Refractometer with built in temperature compensation feature. This model has a total range of 0 to 90% solids, and it has three separate ranges of 0-43%, 41 to 73% and 71 to 90%.
The Model 400C reads directly in percentage of solids or brix. Unit is easy to use, requires only a drop or two of test solution to obtain a direct reading. With its compensation feature, readings can be obtained without need of conversation tables. Readings can also be converted directly into refractive index.
