New Sanitary Hand Lever Ball Valve Ideal for High Purity Applications

The Series BV3HL is perfect for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. The Series BV3HL Ball Valve incorporates PTFE cavity filler to reduce the threat of product entrapment in the valve, and the unit features 240 grit internal polish and polished clamp end connections.

Units are constructed of 316 stainless steel and Teflon®, making it perfect for corrosive and high purity applications. Integral ISO 5211 mounting pad makes field automation with electric or pneumatic actuators easy; three-piece design allows the central portion to swing out for maintenance while leaving the ends clamped into the line. Pressure ratings are to 1000 psig (69 bar) and temperature ratings are -40 to 450°F (-40 to 232°C) for wide application usage. The Series BV3HL is available from 1/2" to 4" sizes and pricing starts at an economical $57.00.
