Victaulic® Introduces Keyless Roll, Shaft for Range of Grooving Tools
Lehigh Valley, Pa., January 2003 - To reduce setup times, Victaulic is supplying keyless lower rolls and main drive shafts standard on six grooving tools.
The newly designed main-shaft assembly, available also in retrofit kits, includes a keyless main shaft and universal key/keyless lower roll. The new configuration eliminates concerns about lost or damaged keys, previously required to ensure proper alignment.
Prices remain unchanged for tools covered by the upgrade - the VE-266 FS, VE-268 Shop Tool, VE-270 FSD, VE-272 FS, VE-274 Shop Tool and VE-276 FSD. Details on retrofit kits for listed tools are available upon request.
