LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. . . Designed with specific machining solutions in mind, MICRO 100, INC. is now introducing solid carbide UNDERCUT GROOVE TOOLS plus UNDERCUT & PROFILE GROOVE TOOLS. Today's announcement was made by E. Mike Bruhwiler, president.
The new groove tools are best applied as illustrated. There are eighteen stocking sizes of each style of groove tool available to cover various widths and hole depths. Shank diameters range from 1/4" to 1/2" diameter and are precision ground within -.0001" to -.0003". A lockdown flat on the shank automatically locates the groove tools on center.
These new tool designs are manufactured using the proprietary MICRO 100 Super Carbide process.
