A new line of abrasive grinding wheels that reportedly can remove stainless steel, inconel, and titanium welds faster than aluminum oxide wheels has been introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.
Rex-Cut® Sigma Green Premium Grinding Wheels have a zirconia/ceramic grain with a proprietary bonding and wheel design that cuts up to 50% faster than aluminum oxide on 316 stainless steel and runs 20% cooler, claims the firm.
