If you need relief from the daily grind, Rockford Systems has a grinder shield for you! New double-wheel and single-wheel grinder shields are now available.
The double-wheel grinder shield provides protection for both wheels of the grinder with one continuous shield. The durable shield is made of clear, 3/16"-thick polycarbonate and measures 18" x 6". A special-designed shield bracket adds stability to the top of the shield.
The single-wheel grinder shield is made of clear, 3/16"-thick polycarbonate and measures 6" x 6". This sturdy, impact-resistant shield is designed for use when a single wheel needs safeguarding. Two different sized arms are available.
Both the double- and single-wheel grinder shields have two mounting options: direct or magnetic. The direct-mount base can be fastened directly to a grinder table or pedestal. The magnetic base has a 3"-diameter magnet with 80-lb holding force that can be secured to a flat ferrous mounting surface.
Various lengths of flexible arms are available. These flexible arms offer virtually unlimited adjustment possibilities with long-term holding power.
