Green Technique Yields LONG LENGTH Benefits
Metal Cutting Corporation has made recent advances in abrasive cutting, enabling them to cut longer length burr-free tubes without exposing them to corrosive chemicals. Previously known for short-length cutting, we combined proprietary techniques to yield longer length cuts with no ID contamination or residue.
Tube ends have the clean and smooth surfaces characteristic of their supported cut technique while holding parallelism and squareness similar to their short length business. Length tolerances of +/- 0.002" are possible on parts as long as 20.0". And tolerances of +/- 0.010" meet the demands of most customers while allowing fast deliveries.
Our new techniques make high volumes possible and make frustrating bottlenecks a thing of the past. In addition, our method is environmentally friendly and does not expose our workers to harsh operating environments.
