7800 Graphic Touchscreen Redefines Elegance in Features & Affordability
Springfield, Missouri — Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has announced its newest keypad offering, the 7800 Graphic Touchscreen Keypad. It brings the familiar feel of a graphical interface to security-system operation, with all of the popular features provided by traditional DMP keypads. The 7800 provides end users with an easy to use, intuitive keypad that blends with any décor. And, dealers can offer this incredibly cost-effective keypad to customers with their dealer logo displayed on the main screen.

All system features and functions can be accessed via the carousel menu on the large, 5-inch full-color touchscreen. It is a 4-wire, bus series, wired keypad compatible with the XT Series™ Burglary/Fire/Door Access Control panels. Keypads are backward and forward compatible to existing DMP Panels, including the new XR150/350/550™ Series. They also include a proximity reader option for codeless arming/disarming.
The slim, new keypad, suitable for access, burglary, and fire applications, is available in stylish gloss black or white in the following versions:
• 7860:Â Basic keypad
• 7863:Â Includes internal proximity device reader for use with fobs, access cards or the DMP Prox Patch for keyless/codeless arming
• 7870:Â Includes support for zones, with zone-type selection (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, night, fire, panic, exit, and emergency operation)
• 7873:Â Supports zones, internal proximity device reader, Wiegand input and internal door strike
