Government of India, Ministry of Railways Specifies Disc-Lock Fastening Solutions

Culver City, Calif. - DISC-LOCK International has been notified that their vibration-proof line of fasteners has been selected and specified by the Research Designs & Standards Organization of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways.
DISC-LOCK has demonstrated that their easy to install, vibration resistant fastening systems used to secure parts are ideal for the rail industry.
"The studies conducted by the India Ministry of Railways validated that the technology used in our fasteners is the preferable solution to the problem of loosening or failure due to vibration and dynamic loading in many railway applications," said Alistair McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International. "We are pleased that the Ministry has specified DISC-LOCK products," added McKinlay.
