New! Globe Flow Switch for Oil and Water Service!



Designed to provide accurate flow detection in oil and water application with ±1% repeatability, Dwyer Instruments, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Series G9 Globe Flow Switch. These switches are ruggedly constructed of non-corrosive materials and resist shock and vibration. The Series G9 is ideal for triggering alarms on interlocking shutdown circuitry when flow rate is improper to protect bearings, gears and cooling systems.

Each unit utilizes a shuttle by-pass vane inside the housing and is controlled by using an ordinary flat blade screwdriver allowing flow settings to be changed without disassembly. Each switch is composed of a bronze housing, Delrin® shuttle, 316SS spring, and a Viton® o-ring. The G9 has a temperature limit of -20 to 180°F (-29 to 82°C), a pressure limit of 400 psi (27 bar) electrical connection of 24" 18 AWG polymeric lead wires, and a 3/4" female process connection.

The Series G9 is available in three different models all priced at $160.00 list price.
