Global Manufacturing Company Invests 375,000 USD in ReadSoft's Solution for Invoice Automation

A company specializing in identification solutions and specialty products has selected ReadSoft's SAP-certified invoice automation solution to streamline its accounts payable process worldwide. The company will implement the solution in three phases to accelerate its processing of paper and electronic invoices inside SAP. The deal was signed during the fourth quarter of 2010.

This world-leading manufacturing company sought an invoice automation solution to eliminate the costly supply chain setbacks associated with manual invoice processing, such as limited visibility and control over invoices and lengthy invoice processing cycle times. Due to ReadSoft's tight integration into SAP and unrivaled expertise in global implementations, the organization selected ReadSoft to lead its multi-phased invoice automation project.

"As companies strive to maximize their working capital in a tough economic climate, we offer them a unique opportunity to leverage existing business frameworks and achieve their objectives with a strong ROI," says Jan Andersson, President and CEO of ReadSoft. "This customer is on its way to securing more streamlined, cost-effective operations and we look forward to the rewarding journey ahead as we help them achieve more with less."
